Worldwide access to systems/machinery is required to reduce downtime and avoid unnecessary service visits. We have been providing the right solution for this for almost 20 years. In many practical cases, transmitting data by fixed network continues to be the method of choice.
The embedded modules for fixed network lines send serial data (RS232/TTL level) via the analog telephone network (PSTN) or via the digital ISDN network. This is controlled by AT commands. With the PRO modules we offer additional digital inputs/outputs and enhanced security and alarm functions.
For ISDN applications there is not only the data module but also a version with voice support (i-modul ISDN HIV V4).
